The hotel was slightly smaller but more cosy and homely, with a nice balcony and a convenient location. The service was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The dining experience could be better, and the location, although recommended, was a bit dull with limited views. Rooms may have had a chip fat smell, but noise was not an issue for us.

The staff were exceptional, except for a minor incident, and the location was good for ease on the outskirts of Norwich. The dining experience varied from very good to disappointing. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had some issues, being above a speaker from the restaurant which caused noise, but the DJ and dinner option made up for it. The separate house stay wasn't ideal. The room was small for a double, a bit hot, and further from the concert site than I'd like, but considering the price and overall service, I left happy.
